Excellent Hotel Stay!

I had a speedy check in and a quick tour of the hotel. My room was ready. The rooms were quiet and the beds very comfortable. I appreciated the welcome drinks and complimentary beverages. The spa was relaxing. My massage was great! The indoor spa area was pleasant and the outdoor pool area offered a great view.
I found the absence of readily available sanitary products unexpected.

The Heritage Room included heritage colors and soft pillows plus fresh white bedding. The room was also very clean and tidy. Pantries offered fruit, crisps, popcorn and drinks. These were available on each floor .

Staff greeted me with a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff had a great attitude, were helpful and professional. One night, the staff attended to our baby's need for milk at 2 a.m.. Nothing was too much trouble.

messy dining
i found breakfast to be disorganized. there were no plates at the buffet on both mornings, and staff were slow to replenish them. cleared tables were not available resulting in a messy dining area.

perfect escape with luxury touches

i loved the sutton suite it featured comfortable furniture and elegant décor i especially enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine at check-in and the pantry with homemade biscuits this was such a pleasant surprise i found extra touches like these added to a wonderful experience. the food was perfect too it made everything even better i also loved the spa and the heated outdoor pool.
the only small thing i noticed was that sanitary products were not provided in the rooms a small oversight given the overall attention to detail.

The grounds were very pretty.
I must express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my stay. The corridor leading to the rooms looked tired with frayed carpets. service during meals proved slow and the food was overpriced.
